Freedom is found in knowing the essence of the true self, the true self is exquisite, it is authentic. As a Soul Coach, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward remembering the exquisiteness of your authentic self.

With an indigenous heart my practice has led me to conclude (for now at least) that my offerings lie within what we ‘feel’. The emotions. We as humans in our physical bodies expel so much of our energy avoiding what we ‘feel’. We plunge emotions deep into the body, avoiding any kind of acknowledgement or understanding, until the body eventually cannot take any more and it screams out in physical pain.

​​With the tools I have gathered over more than 35 years (and continue to collect), I am equipped to walk alongside those who feel called to journey inward, toward the authentic self. As this journey gently unfolds through the principles of emotional wellness, the unseen layers long held across a lifetime can begin to crumble. As these inner walls fade, there is space for a profound and exhilarating sense of liberation.

Massage also provides a way to peel back emotional layers. As a Traditional Old Style Lomi Lomi massage therapist, I feel a deep calling to share this ancient treatment. Lomi Lomi is a sacred, nurturing, and gently healing practice that supports physical, emotional, and mental detoxification, opening the heart space in powerful and sometimes unexpected ways. A journey which is unique to each person, this modality is a calling I must answer from the depths of my soul.

​Every new day is a new beginning, a new opportunity to meet new people, to learn, to observe, to acknowledge, to practice and to absorb wisdom. I choose to make the most of every new beginning, to experience and feel every single moment.
